Greeting Card Deluxe Version 10

I recently bought the above software for online download I followed the procedure for download but there doesn't appear to be a way of running the programme I have tried three times to download . Thank Youand install this software but as yet I haven't been able to make it work, I downloaded the font software at the same time and this has installed but it's not much use without the main card maker. I paid for this via paypal so I shall be looking for them to pursue this should I not get a resolution from yourselves I am getting on in years but I have bought software from other sources without problems. I look forward to hearing from you

I bought Nova Greeting Card by phone , and downloaded - but now it wont work or run , I phoned Nova and they resend still have no luck Help !!

It only took since December but I finally got refunded for Greeting Card 10 and I had someone finally direct me to a person that emailed me the activation code for In Pixio 6.0

Still do not have Greeting Factory 10 or InPixo. Now they tell me they didn't receive what I returned so I have no soft ware for either, have paid for both..............and no credits issued. I am at witts end with Avantquest North America/Nova Development.

I have several of their products. I started Greeting Card with 3.0. Have updated all along. I download the 10.0 version or at least attempted to but it didn't download. It only downloaded some free graphic software that I don't even use. Then they locked me out after trying to redownload it. No matter how hard I tried to get them to fix the problem no one would. That was in January. Today I finally mailed it all back. I bought the disc but without the download I can't install it. I never received an activation number. Now I have a problem with In Pixio 6.0. Said to uninstall and reinstall so I did. Once again I don't have the activation code. I sent them all of my order information and payment information so I could obtain the activation number. That was days ago. No response other than a ticket has been made. They never respond to their tickets. Great software but horrible horrible Customer Service. They do not back their products. I will go back to paying full price for a better distributor that backs their product.

I sent the software back with my own money to get a refund I was within the 90 days I dint even use the software. I lost the receipt so couldnt send it. I called to find out that I wasnt getting back my money. I asked for the software back and they refused to send it back. They said they dont do that and arent responsible for the software I lost $15 sending the product and $50 for the software this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Up to 5 emails a day! And even though the emails "provide" links to unsubscribe - NONE OF THEM WORK.

Went to website and tried to Chat with someone and nothing happened. I don't know how they got my e-mail address - I never signed up for anything! They are horrible and based on this alone - I'd never do business with them - EVER Will NEVER do business with them - too many spam e-mails that won't let you unsubscribe. Up to 5 emails a day!

I too recently started getting marketing emails from this company. I did not subscribe to their mailing list.

Nor did I purchase anything from them. They have an unsubscribe link and twice now I've gone and clicked it and it would tell me I am unsubscribed. The next day I would get another email from them showing they in reality did not unsubscribe me.

So I just turned around a flagged it as junk in my email, now it should get deleted the moment it hits my inbox.

Will not unsubscribe me!

I've tried for months to unsubscribe from Nova Development and I continue to receive emails daily. I have no idea how they got this email address because I use it only for odd-ball forums, etc. It is not my main email address. I think somewhere that I used it must have shared with Nova Development. Anyway, I don't want these emails and want them to stop! Since the company will not unsubscribe me as I've asked too many times, I'll try the government. Cannot unsubscribe from spam emails

I started getting emails for software that I might be interested in purchasing for my MAC. Funny thing is I have a PC not a MAC, so I know I didn't purchase any MAC software.

I do not know how they got my email, and I have tried to UNSUBSCRIBE twice, which only seems to produce more junk emails. They say it takes up to 10 days to take you off the list, but has been over 2 weeks now, and frequency of spam has been greater than ever.

It is very frustrating to get emails for products you cannot use as well as being ignored when I ask to be removed from list. I'm ready to report them to BBB.

HGTV Home and Landscape will not start, never has

Purchased HGTV Home and Landscape Platinum Suite V 5. After installing, it will not start, never has. The error message says there is another cadsoft program running on my computer (there isn't). Called NOVA and they will not help without a paid support plan. Program doesn't run out of the box. Lousy tech support program. Hopefully I can return it to the store as it seems NOVA is slimey. The manual is large and this may in fact be a decent package, but after reading other reviews here, I'd find it hard to believe. Save your money and save your time

No email contact with Nova Development

You can't contact Nova by email. They don't keep any email for handling customer complaint. It's impossible to contact the company by email. This situation is not acceptable because common sense tells me that a company shall use a customer service email. Also, you can not track down the delivery of the product you pay up online or by any other means. Specially, if you order from overseas, you can't deal easily. Even if you want to refund for any cancellation of contract, you can solve it by email. You need call them for your need. This is really unconvenient.

False advertising

purchased HGTV Ultimate Home Design with Landscaping and Decks 5.0. It is currently advertised as..."10,000+ Home Plans To Get You Started". Not in my download. Email support only, response was "Please go to the website below to access the sample floor plans: www.floorplans.com". So I did, but nothing to download. I called floorplans.com (at least they have a phone) and they have no knowledge of Hgtv software, or nova development. I ask Nova Development (via email support) for them to call me and explain but their response was "Email team does not have any way to contact you via phone. You may contact our Phone Support team at 888.722.4431 if you want to talk to someone over the phone. They will ask for a support code that you can purchase from them".

Nova Development- Products and Software that does not work

I purchased a "Spy" watch from Nova. It arrived and I immediately opened the box and read the instructions. The first thing needed was to charge the watch, so that is what I did. Following the instructions, I plugged it in overnight. The next day I tried to reset the time according to the instructions and could not get the watch to respond. I then used my computer to look at the watch's files and surprise- nothing there! I requested a download of the missing software or an RMA, got a response from someone known as Avanquest North America stating a ticket had been opened and I should have a reply in 24 hours. 3 weeks later, I went back on the Avanquest support website and the ticket had disappeared. I reentered the information and again told the same thing. Again, no contact and again, after 3 weeks, no sign of the ticket, no RMA, no software or refund.

Purchased Print Aritist Platnium-25

Purchased 4/15/2015 Order#106******** I've tried downloading the software after I had purchased it then my computer went crazy. Now it's saying the download expired after too many attempt to download which I mentioned earlier my computer acted up. I've been trying to request for a refund and sent an attached form as requested. After 2 tries, nothing. I'm hard of hearing and I would call and talk to anyone about this situations but I can't use the phone. So I'm writing here now to ask for a request for a refund on this item. I will never purchase from Nova agian!!

I previously had a Print Artist program which I really liked. After upgrading our computer I needed to also upgrade our Print Artist program. My husband purchased it online downloaded it. I tried immediately to create a project for my small business. I received the error "You must be connected to the internet to download thumbnails for graphics" After going to their website I tried to live chat but that did not work. The website said that for phone support it would be an additional $9.99, that is after purchasing a $50 product. I thought that considering I just purchased the product they would assist me cost free. I was wrong. This is simply ridiculous. I understand purchasing support a couple months down the road but when I just purchased it and have not had a chance to use it is absurd. I understand that I can email a question and have it answer free of charge but I do not have the 24-48hr (typically over 48hrs per reviews) to wait for a response. I purchased this product to use right away not 2-3 days later. I even spoke with the Level 2 Supervisor in tech support who was also no help and basically was ok with me requesting a refund. Once I was transferred back to customer service to request a refund they did not ask me why, or if they could do anything to help me. What happened to customers service and making customers happy. I will never purchase from this company again and I recommend you do not either.

I have tried to obtain from you an upgrade to my Family Tree16 software but I have been confronted by complete failure on your part, even though I have paid the bill. First I received a box from you from the mail. containing a user manual. It had only an invoice from Avanquest Software purchase order No. 629****-* charging me $7.00 shipping charges. There was nothing else in the box, moreover the purchase oder displayed no charge for the user manual. I contacted Avanquest and I was told that I had repeatedly tried to download the software. I told them that I had not received any download and asked for the my e-mail address that they were using. It was erroneous. They were unable to determine why they accused me of trying to download it when the e-mail address was erroneous. I also told them that I had request the purdchase of the product itself not the download. But I agree to go along with them fpr the download which they told me it would be along in five minutes. Several hours later I receive your e-mail under the Ancestry Order Confirmation listed above. It contained some vague remarks that were meaning less to me. I would like that software product not the download. I am a disabled veteran and I resent being treated like this. Please straighten this whole order out for me or I shall file a complaint against Avnquest, Ancestry.com, and novadevelopment with the Texas Attorney General who does not like such treatment of disabled veterans.

Refund request in February and have not yet received.

This company is suspect and totally non-responsive. I ordered the HGTV home design software which did not work on Mac even though it stated it did. I requested a refund in February and have yet to receive it. There is no way to talk to anyone due to the way this company has strategically arranged its telephone ***. It cuts you off and directs you to the web where the chat does not work or is not enabled. This kind of service is unethical. They take your money and then don't respond. I have nothing more to say to meet your 100 words minimum.
