Shrug After waiting the required 10 minutes, I finally got in touch with someone from Nova Development customer service. Talk about rude!

She tried to fob this damage off on the post office, and I told her flat out, that the product was damaged, the exterior box was in great condition, and that I had no reason to lie to her. She was so impolite - rattling off address numbers and order numbers, that I had to ask her to repeat herself.

I'm still putting them on my black list of companies to never deal with again! I'm sending the damaged stationery back and then hopefully I will get my money refunded.
