Bought Print Artist version 22 and Hallmark Card Studio 2008 software by NOVA both were to be Certified for Vista window. NOT SO

Call their customer service for help. They told me first that they would sent me a new disk. nothing arrive. Customer Support was no help either.

Also inform them that there was a rebate, was told to go ahead and mail in the rebate information.

As instructed by customer service. So I did.

After many tries I decided to request a refund as there was to be a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Called customer service to request a refund and then inform that I could not get a refund because I had sent all the bar codes from the box for rebate. All I want was the software not the rebate.
