I paid for HGTV program expecting Apple compatibility but was supplied with a MS version download.When I attempted to get a Mac copy instead, I was required to give a number of different pieces of evidence that I had destroyed any copies of the downloaded MS version; I complied with each and every demand.

After they received all requirements, they simply stopped communicating and never refunded my payment.

Now they are sending repeated advertisements to my email and despite three acknowledgements that I have gotten after clicking on the attached UNSUBSCRIBE link, they continue to send me their same misleading emails.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS SELLER !!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Total lack of problem resolution, We gave all this information previously.
