I paid for the Family Tree maker, downloaded the file, then it couldn't be opened because it said the file was corrupt, couldn't be repaired, etc. and to contact the company that sold it.

Ancestry.com had no way to contact them about it and I've quite upset. I want what I paid for in a correct, usable form. Now. No other words are necessary - just send me a correct and downloadable, usable family tree maker and do it quickly.

The deal was done this afternoon, undo it and send me the correct and uncorrupted article. Why 100 words when that many are not necessary?

Monetary Loss: $28.
