Not resolved

2015 After reading some reviews about Nova Development I kinda feel very lucky because they responded to my original problem that allowed me to use the Family Tree Maker software. The original problem required a second download which was resolved by the help desk on 14 Aug 2014.

However, they had some problems with a software update that caused the sync feature to not function. An update was issued that fixed this problem but the emails went unanswered. A first and second email to the help desk resulted in the issuance of an incident ticket but no email response to resolve the problem. A second issue was discovered; the Web Search feature does not function.

No response from the help desk after two emails were sent and two incident tickets received. Nova Development help desk will issue an incident ticket but no longer responds to your problem(s).

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
