Purchased FTM Mac 3 on-line software from Ancestry.com, downloaded the program and it would not open! Tried twice with the same result!
Ancestry told me to call Nova Developments since they produced (or sold) the software. Called Nova, was on hold on the support line for 12 minutes of my long distance calling time from Canada......finally hung up on them! Sent them an email the day I purchased the software and still not response! Going to send another email today.
support on their website and tried their on- line chat...it wouldn't open! Going to try calling again and ask for a refund.......terrible support from both Ancestry and Nova Development!
