Ordered 3 boxes of Hallmark card stationery, and when I received it, it was jammed into a box that was too small, and therefore all the card stock was damaged. I emailed their customer support, about 2 weeks ago, and no response.
I paid $37.99 for this, and it seems their phone wait time is always 10 minutes. IF I ever get this straightened out (as in new, undamaged product), I will NEVER order anything from them again. Nova Development is NOT a part of Hallmark, and Hallmark doesn't even know that Nova Development exists (I know because I contacted Hallmark). I can't remember now if I paid for this by Paypal or used a credit card, but if I paid by Paypal, I'm going to contest the charge.
I just know this company is not cooperative in any way.
