I have a Publisher Pro program that doesn't work with my new computer and I wanted to find out if all my creations with this program would mesh with a new program or would I have to start over. I went online to find some answers through the web site.

Which, didn't help at all. I decided to call but I had to purchase a code to speak with someone to ask a simple question. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes and finally got aggravated enough to hang up.

I have contacted the credit card company in hopes to get my payment back. Not very good customer service!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: An answer to my question .
