we have a card that says "thank you for your purchase" for a PC tuneup program 2016. The card gives full instructions for installation.

It also gives the serial code, which runs probably 30 letters and numerals. Due to the negative comments read on the computer about this company, we decided to follow them previous to installation. We phoned 800-395-6682. A very convoluted system to get a person.

We finally got a lady by the name is Cynthia. After much discussion, she said this card is only good for 28 days. She also advised that it probably is not any good because it is for the 2016 rather than 2017. We told her that whatever we paid for this was probably a waste of money since it only runs for 28 days.

So we are going to tear up the card we told her, but this was probably an annoyance to her so she hung up on the phone. The other reports of lack of service, aid and assistance seem to all be true.

We are happy we did not get involved with this company anymore than we did, and are lucky to be finished with them. We feel sorry for those people that have made an installation and then get stuck, due to poor customer service!

Scares me to death, I always like Nova product, don't understand all the negative feed back. I hope when I get my software I don't have all these problems.
