Ancestry.com made the mistake of contracting with NOVA Development, an amateur company that isn't ready for the real world.
If you order FTM3 for the Mac, you get sent an .EXE file for the PC. There's no way to contact NOVA (their phones say they're closed and hang up) and Ancestry just says "call NOVA".
It's a nice scam.
If you BEG Ancestry.com they'll contact NOVA for you, but the person at that end isn't able to look up orders, and doesn't know anyone else at the company who can. If you ask to be connected to someone in change, you'll just be told that they're in a meeting and you'll never get a call back.
Monetary Loss: $25.
