I finally got hold of them, and they refunded my money.

I received the software via download on 11/27/2014. It worked for a couple days.

Then it began crashing every time I tried to import a picture for a card. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice. There is no change. It crashes every time I try to use it.

There is no way to get in touch with NOVA for a refund. They have a site where you can fill out an online form, but it must have the name of a person who approved the refund. However there is no way to get in touch with a person. When you try to use their "live chat" it says "try back during business hours".

Apparently they have no business hours because it says the same thing during their supposed business hours. When you try to call the 800 line it just beeps "busy" all the time. What a rippoff company. I wonder whey their software (Print Artist Platinum 25) was given such good reviews online.

I suppose they set up the review pages themselves.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $29.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I have the same problem. Now I can not do Scripture Cards for kids Sunday School. A total rip off.

have the same problem, can't import pictures from file, it worked fine for a year, then problem start, and there is no customer support
