program worked great at first then stopped. to get help from the company i would have to pay a 10 dollar fee---WHAT.
tried asking a question on the site and was told i have asked too many questions-- it was the first question i had asked, tried to contact on phone and was told choose option 1 or 2 , either option got me the recording that i had chosen an invalid option.
what company develops a program and distributes it for sale and has a help line but refuses any help to its customers except for a payment, both tries got me no results --next time i might see if they have a face book page and maybe i will have a different result. as of now i have a program that i paid good money for and it does not work,,, thanks to nova development
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $8000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: When the program did work.
I didn't like: No customer tech help.
