Could not download software and no technical support
On December 25, 2024 I purchased Softmaker Office Professional 2024 for Windows from Nova Development. I could not download the software.
I emailed Nova Development technical services requesting assistance. I received an email acknowledging the email I sent but I received no assistance and I could never download the software.

I purchased this computer from the home shopping network at the end of January of this year. I have not had it long.
I set it up to do my fingerprint. I don't remember setting up a pen or a password; if I did, I never used it, so it just wasn't an option for me. As of yesterday, for some reason, it won't take my fingerprint, and I can't get into my computer. I have a lot of things on there that I need to take care of.
Trying to find information or trying to talk to someone is absolutely incredibly difficult.
I need to understand why my fingerprint isn't working and how I can reset it to make sure I have a backup plan going into the future, to ensure I have a password and a pin. I need help now.

Program quit working - NO solution
I purchased Print Artist Platinum 25 and created several projects. This fall the program quit working.
I googled the problem and the suggested solution was to uninstall and reinstall. I did this several times to no avail. The error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000e5).
Click OK to close the application" is all I can get now.
The NOVA Development website offers absolutely no help at all. I have submitted feedback twice with no response either time.
