I ordered this download in February 2017 as I really love the Greeting Card Factory and have owned them since the start. I was really pleased with the new added graphics and couldn't wait till I got the new version 11.

I really love the contents but if you pick a flower from the graphic library or any design from it a different one opens up, it then takes ages trying to locate the graphic you want, sometimes the title below does help, and sometimes I just give up & accept what comes up. I have been in touch with Nova since them and have been told they are working on it, 8 months later nothing has happened although I have sent yet another email.

They have offered me a refund which I have refused as I do love this product and everything is fine unless you need to add or change a graphic which is a most frustrating annoying problem. Sue

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Customer service response.

I didn't like: Fault not sorted 8 months later, No solution to problem.
