I bought a new HP printer. When I opened the box, there was a flier for an "Office Sssentials 3" download, a $39.99 value.
I read the instructions on the flier and found that I needed the printer serial #, (No problem) and the "activation code below". All I found was a space that said "For wb activation sticker." No sticker. I called for a code and was told the code would cost $50! How rediculous is that?
I bought the printer without knowing there would be a free software offer so I have no issue with HP. I do have a huge issue with this company wanting $50 to correct something THEY neglected to do.
Makes me think the ommision was intentional. ihttps://www.pissedconsumer.com/review-pictures/tmp/5d7b22e0688cd81bdd65bfc120a7af7f.jpg?m=1504155627
