I purchased a product that did not do what I needed it to do, even though the description was that it did. I had the product for less then a week, sent it back to them following the directions to the letter.
I never received a refund, and spent a month trying to message, email, and call their customer service line, and even sat on hold for hours at a time on several occasions without ever being able to reach anyone. When I finally got through on the email, all they would respond is that they don't reissue checks.
They would not provide any information that I didn't already have, or tell me how I could speak to someone, or file a formal complaint. Now, not only do I not have the *** software, but I lost out on the money I wasted on it.
